At Spellbound Forge, every item is crafted with care and intention. Because of this, all orders are made-to-order rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows for proper creation, curing (for candles), and quality checks to ensure your order meets our standards.
During periods of high demand—such as holidays, sales, or special releases—processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Important Notes
- “Business days” do not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders cannot be rushed unless otherwise stated.
- Because items are handmade, slight variations may occur—this is part of what makes each piece unique.
